Buy Fire Alarm Parts uses UPS for all of its shipping. Shipping charges are based on weight and rates from UPS, with a small charge for packaging and handling.

Most orders placed prior to 2pm EST are shipped out in the same day, though sometimes it can take as long as 1-3 business days depending on time and availablity.

30 Day Warranty - If you receive your unit damaged or non-functioning and let us know in the first 30 days, we will gladly repair or replace the unit for you. If we are unable to do so, we will refund your purchase price upon receipt of damaged unit.

All warranty returns or exchanges must have a RMA number associated with it or it will not be processed for a return or refund. To obtain an RMA, please contact us toll free: (888) 303-2656 Monday - Friday, 8-6 pm EST.

All Warranty claims will be facilitated by Buy Fire Alarm Parts. Some returns may be subject to a $20 restocking fee at our discretion. Please Contact Us within your warranty period and we will get you back up and running.
