The Edwards EST SIGA-MAB universal Class A/B module is the UIO plug-in version for Signature Series loops, configurable by personality codes to operate as a Class A or B initiating device circuit, 2-wire smoke detector circuit, or notification appliance circuit. It plugs into UIO motherboards for clean panel mounting, supervises field wiring for opens and shorts, and uses on-board green and red LEDs plus an integral microprocessor to report precise status back to the loop controller.
