We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible as most orders ship by 3PM EST.
Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipping for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please proceed with a return once it’s received.

All items are covered under our 90-day warranty, and we accept returns for eligible items under the following conditions:

- Items purchased in New Condition must be unused and unopened. Items must be sent back in original packaging and in resellable condition.
- We do not accept back installed material or items missing the manufacturer’s packing/accessories.
- Items purchased in Refurbished Condition must have our serial number on the part.
- Special orders are non-refundable.

Refunds
Refunds are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your return and are issued back to the original payment method used for the order.
Once the refund has been processed a credit memo will be emailed.
Refunds will be issued for parts only minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Received the wrong item or something not quite right? We’ve got you covered.
Let us know within 90 days of delivery, and we’ll assist with an exchange for the same item, a functional equivalent, or a repair (select items). Exchanges are subject to product availability, and we may request additional information before processing the exchange. If your order is damaged, please keep the box and packing materials as they may be needed for a UPS damage claim.
