The Space Age SSU-SM-501-P is a conventional (non-addressable) photoelectric duct smoke detector for HVAC ductwork, providing local smoke detection with onboard relays to shut down air handling equipment and report alarm or trouble conditions. It supports multiple supply options (115/230 VAC or 24 VAC/VDC), includes high-current relay outputs for shutdown and signaling, and provides front LED status plus a local test/reset switch.
