Terms and Conditions

90 Day Warranty

  • All products are covered under warranty for 90 days after you receive your purchase.
  • Refunds are processed for material only and a 10% restocking fee may apply. Parts will only be accepted in original purchased condition. We do not refund for initial shipping cost.
  • You must notify us of the problem and receive an RMA within the 90 days of receiving your purchase.
  • You can contact us through the support section of our website, email us at [email protected] or give us a call us at 888-303-2656 to set up a return or exchange.
  • If we have a replacement part in inventory, we will send it to you right away, allowing for normal processing time.
  • For replacement or exchanges, we will send it to you right away allowing for normal processing time and supply a UPS return label, if needed.
  • If we do not have a replacement part in inventory we will issue a refund upon return of the purchased item(s).

Core Return

As you browse through our inventory, you may notice that many of the Replacement Boards and Expansion Modules are eligible for our Core Return refund program.

It works like this: After you replace your panel, send us the damaged one and receive a refund back to your credit card or a store credit. A UPS return label for your Core Return is available upon request.

Repairs

  • Buy Fire Alarm Parts Inc. will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the following Services for repairs: diagnosis and repair of any malfunction.
  • Cost and time estimates are nonbinding. We try our best to get your repair in and out as quickly as possible, but we do not compromise on our quality of work.
  • Loss of panel programming during service is always a possibility, and in some cases necessary. For this reason, it is the customer’s responsibility to back up all existing programming software from your panel before sending it to us.
  • We reserve the right to treat a repair as abandoned after a storage time of sixty (60) days and with least 2 reminders to the customer via email or phone. We reserve the right to use or dispose of the part at our discretion.
  • Buy Fire Alarm Parts Inc. offers a 90-day warranty for the original reported issue(s) of the repair. We do not warranty defects that are due to improper installation or acts of nature including but not limited to lightning, power surge, water, or corrosion. If you have any issues with your panel, please follow our standard warranty process or contact our repair department directly at 888-332-4307.
  • Buyer will defend, indemnify, and hold Buy Fire Alarm Parts, Inc. harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, debts, settlements, costs, attorneys' fees, expenses and liabilities of any type whatsoever arising from or related to any injury to employees or contractors caused by improper installation or use of repaired part.
  • IN NO EVENT WILL BUY FIRE ALARM PARTS INC. BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES EVEN IF SELLER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SELLER'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID FOR THE SERVICES HEREUNDER DURING THE CALENDAR YEAR WHEN THE INCIDENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM TOOK PLACE.

Limitation of Liability

Buy Fire Alarm Parts’ liability to the Buyer in relation to any Warranty claim made by the Buyer is limited to the price paid for the purchase. In no case will Buy Fire Alarm Parts’ liability exceed the amount paid by the purchaser.

Applicable Law

Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the state of Florida, U.S., regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law.

The parties agree that the Florida courts located in Broward County, Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
