Core Return
Many of our circuit boards are eligible for our Core Return refund program. This program allows us to continue to refurbish old parts that are being discontinued and we rely on our customers to send back this material to ensure product availability.
A refund for your damaged part? You bet!
It works like this: After you replace your panel, send us the damaged one and receive a refund back to your credit card, a payment through PayPal or a store credit.
How to send it to us: Your order will have a UPS return label included in the red envelope with your invoice, please attach that to the box and drop it off wherever UPS packages are accepted. No label? No problem!
To request a prepaid UPS Shipping label you can open a new ticket (below), email us at [email protected] or give us a call at 888-303-2656. Please provide us with the details of your order and we’ll reply within 1-2 business days with your shipping label.
(When sending your parts to us, please take special care in packing and shipping to ensure your package arrives undamaged.)
Once it’s received, we process the refund right away!
