The Wheelock EL3RSPST-FR is an Eluxa outdoor 3R speaker strobe for wall or ceiling mounting, combining a 25 or 70.7 Vrms speaker with a clear-lens LED multi-candela strobe. It supports six field-selectable strobe settings from 15 to 185 cd and is designed for indoor or outdoor use when installed with the factory-included 3R mounting plate.
