The Notifier FSV-951R-IV (VIEW) is an intelligent high sensitivity photoelectric smoke detector for very early warning fire detection on Notifier SLC loops using FlashScan or CLIP protocol. It uses a refined smoke sensing chamber and patented optic block to boost real smoke signals while reducing stray reflections that can cause false alarms. The FSV-951R-IV is UL listed for open area and duct use in DNR/DNRW housings, uses rotary decimal switches for addressing, and serves as the modern replacement for the legacy FSL-751 laser detector.
